Excellent product and service! Have been using this product for few years and I am very satisfied.

Luxe Bidet is amazing. The product is great and the service is absolutely great. You have all been so helpful with us mediocre plumbers. I have bought 5 bidets from you now. Every place we buy or move we just buy a new bidet. I guess we could take it off and take but ...it's on a toilet. sooo. We just buy new again. I'm probably going to buy one for my dad for Christmas.

We needed to replace a leaking LUXE bidet within its 2 year warranty period. After furnishing photographic proof of the location of the leak, LUXE allowed us to order a new bidet, same model, for free. The process went very well and we are happy with the outcome. All four of the toilets in our home have LUXE bidets installed.

Great customer service who goes above and beyond to make the customers happy

I love both my Luxe Bidet, and i love the customer service they provide. I recommend this company to all my friends. Originally i had bought one for my elderly father who has since passed away. I really didn't expect him to even try it. But not only did he try it, he loved it so much that i had to go try it myself. Well needless to say i had to buy one for my bathroom as i loved it also. Give a bidet a try and for the best prices and best service i recommend Luxe. I bought mine on Amazon just because it was easy. But i would buy direct if i could not find the product on Amazon. Oh and you won't believe how adorable it is.
