Dreadful paint consistency and terrible customer service
Acquire the exact same paint for touch up purposes at the minimum spend of £45 for 2.5 litres. Original paint work was done 14 months previous but new paint was not a minimal difference but literally a different colour altogether. See photo. Experience you get from Lick is through either email or web chat, not a person to speak to, Very personal!!! Regardless, their response was a generic copy and paste stating no responsibility and a link to a YouTube video around how to paint, which my professional painter laughed at. It doesn’t matter what technique is used if the colour differential is so far off. Which means a total repaint. Also, no suggestions for repayment nor sending a new batch. My advice, use a respected company like Farrow and Ball, Little Greene or the like.
