Waiting for restock. Actually Out of stock.

I needed another roll of canopy02. I patiently waited, having decorated half the space I wanted to, for it to come back in to stock, checking every few days and frequently clicking notify me. 3 MONTHS I waited. Only to discover after emailing you for the second time, that you had no intention of bringing back into stock. Really, really, really extraordinarily ANNOYING. I won’t be buying from you again. Unless canopy02 comes into stock, so I can finish my wall, or you find a roll in your storage facility and send it to me. I’ll tell my friends not to use you either. Just incase you pull the design on them too.

Poor customer service

No phone number to speak with someone and the use of email takes a long time. Awaiting a reply to a query around why a refund had more than the postage deducted. Shame as the colours are great but customer service is terrible.
