Dreadful

I have been a customer on several occasions. The latest buying paint for our house in France. The paint was charged duty and I missed the emails as I was in Marrakech. It has then been returned and I’m yet to receive a refund. More to the point I cannot reorder as the website is constantly down and I have lost count of the times I have contacted customer services and never in 3 weeks received a response. How this business functions I really don’t know how this business functions

Bad aftercare customer service

I was looking to paint my radiator in the same colour as my walls, but cannot do it by hand, so needed a spray paint. I asked customer service to help me out with an RAL number or a spray can of the paint I need and was given a very short response that said "we do not give out the RAL number" & I can use it in a spray machine, which I am not going to buy for one radiator. Very disappointed in the aftercare service as I liked the paint, but will now have to go elsewhere to find paint for my radiator and will do so for other paints in the future.

Never again!

Despite mixing the Green 07 Matt emulsion vigorously for 10 mins, a 1-2mm indigo blue dot appeared on every revolution of the roller, and continued after further stirring and a change of roller. The paint also appeared to dry quickly as it lifted off as quick as I applied it leaving it very patchy, this is despite properly prepared and undercoated walls. I abandoned and applied a white undercoat over the mess, followed by successfully applying a well known brand of paint.
