No response for 2 weeks, paid for samples that never arrived. Seemingly no customer service line

My order has not arrived and I have received no response

Contacted their support team and never got a reply

Ordered samples, didnt arrive, emailed 4 times to understand where they were - no reply, then demanded a refund and whilst this was actioned there was no response to my email or apology/explination

I had some questions for Lick, but there seems to be no contact number for them and they have not responded after 3 days to an email enquiry that is sent them. Not great.
