Poor communication

Apparently, as per your support, you do not deliver to the Netherlands ‘currently’. Whatever that means, unclear how long and if you will again in the future. It’s not stated anywhere on the website. Why have me spend an evening trying to figure out what I am doing wrong (plus then contacting support and having to wait a couple of days) instead of putting a simple message on the EU website? This is very poor communication. And so, I am not waiting and just buying elsewhere.

Lack of communication from customer services when I have raised an issue with the product/ paint we brought

Very unhappy with the condition of the I received, found with large gooey lumps of paint throughout , when applied to the wall created huge problems on the freshly plastered walls Still had no response from customer services in regards to this

Exterior Wood Paint

Lick is great paint, and I wanted to use it paint for some garden furniture and fencing. The website refers to painting a garden shed, but the exterior paint is for Masonry only if you read the description from Screwfix. It took 2 chatbots 'conversations', and 3 Zen desk emails to get an answer - it was like pulling teeth. They didn't seem to understand the difference between masonry and wood. And, even though I was told it was for wood, I wasn't convinced so I bought another brand.

Ripped wall paper off wall

This did exactly what they advertise that their samples won’t do…. It damaged the walls! Have filed a complaint and 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything. Really disappointed
