3 items out of 4 were incorrect and you gave to request a returns label. 10days in and still no contact with no phone number to speak of. Really shoddy service.

Do not buy if you live outside of the UK. They have a logistics disaster. Getting more paint for when you want to finish a room or compliment it’s basically not going to work. Save yourself the hazle

I recently purchased 4 tins of Taupe05 to paint my hallway and landing. But after paying a decorator to do the job, 2 of the tins were a completely different colour! All tins were Lick paint and due to the colour being different, we had to purchase a further 2 tins and finish the job (again) costing us another day of labour for the painter. I’m really disappointed by this error and would advise for others to check the colours of the paint before a big project

Not at all happy about the paint, I have never had such an horrendous job done with patchy paint needing 3or 4coats and then not perfect, such a waste of time, other reviews bare out my experiences.

Colour is still missing
