The paint is good, but I have two issues that will stop me buying again. I wanted to to touch ups around my flat. The paint I used on my sitting room 2 years ago has been discontinued. For the paint I used for my bedroom I had to buy a £45 tin. No smaller options. Not doing tester pots or smaller pots is very annoying.

Thank you for your email if only your words were true, and all companies seem to follow the same pattern that even young people complain about making life difficult and for me i found it very difficult to get in touch with you. It was something that could have been dealt with in a five minute call but took two days with no result. I now only deal with companies i can talk to. Regards Ron Stephen

Hi, I found your website online, really liked the overview and paint colours. Checked faq and shipping info that clearly states that you ship to NL. Spend a lot of time choosing the colours and filling the basket only to find out at checkout that the only country you ship to in Germany. A simple banner on the top of the homepage stating that you are shipping only to Germany at the moment would save me time and effort. The experience was very confusing and misleading.

Nice paint and colours, but lack of options in container sizing means I waste money buying 2. 5 ltrs to touch up small patches of wear and tear, and then the remaining container goes dry or fuses shut and also goes to waste.

Initially we were pleased with the paint we ordered (green and beige 01) but when we ran out of the green from our online order and bought a further tin from b&q there is a noticeable difference between the colours. We now have one wall a slightly different shade of green 01 and and touching up is very obvious. Also disappointed with the quality of the mini rollers we bought as the fluff came off heavily when using it. Raised a query with customer services about the difference in shades of the green 01 and sent photos to demonstrate but had no response in over 3 weeks so also not impressed with the customer service. Lick paint isn’t cheap so had hoped for better. Shame as the colours looked good initially.
