Sample colours don't match the paint colours

We ordered a sample of blue 15 and received a very dark blue sample labelled Blue 15 which looked completely different from the colours on the website. We emailed customer service photos of the samples over two weeks ago to check if the colour was correct before ordering, we've still not heard back. The samples plus delivery cost aren't cheap, and after buying 3 of them we're none the wiser to the correct colour!

Colour doesn’t match and terrible customer services

I bought a tin of paint to match a tin I had already been using (as I had run out of paint). When the new tin arrived (of the exact same colour and finish) I realised that it looked a completely different shade to the original tin. I have contacted Lick for help however have received no response other than a few automated replies explaining that the customer service team is busy so the response may take a bit longer. This was a month ago now and I am still waiting for an actual response to my issue.

Website isn’t great. Tried WhatsApp chat but no satisfaction with that. Paint is great. Website not so much.

Discontinued paint

Very frustrating- I have a small patch I want to touch up as I am putting my house on the market. The paint has been discontinued so the only options I have is to leave the patch or repaint the whole room- a big expense I can’t really justify.

Not received and total let down in support.

Never received order not even the invoice. Can only contact via email which is very frustrating. This paint was for a charity project in a children’s hospice and has completely ruined a tight schedule. I and my company will never use again.
