I am still attempting to get a refund for a pillow. First, you told me to send a photo of the pillow. I did this but then was told to send a photo of the pillow's tag. I did this and you then sent me instructions to donate the pillow to one of three charities. Only one of these would accept the pillow within your 30-day limit. I scheduled the pick-up but today, when the pick-up was scheduled, I found out that the charity is now closed due to covid-19. I called and was told instructions would be sent. At this point I knew to ask more specific questions and was told I would need to get a receipt from my trash service. I explained that they were not going to give me a receipt and was then told to cut off the tag and take a picture of it in my trash can. I will do so, but you have the worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. This is absurd and you obviously want to get people to just give up so you don't need to process a refund.
