Not doing real well. Product didn't look that great when I unwrapped it and its turned out to be much harder than I expected

Bed seems fine. I thought I completely researched for the best product. I did not get tracking notifications, expensive base has defects, cannot get ahold of a real person, messenger auto replies, says to email. Email auto replies, says to message. No one answers the phone. Go brick and mortar store if you are going to drop that kind of money on a bed.
