Did not work for me

I researched a lot for a mattress that was good for back pain before I purchased a Level mattress. The mattress was chiropractor endorsed and claimed it would be great for back pain. Unfortunately it did not work for me. It made my back pain worse. I gave it 30 plus days to work and even tried rotating the mattress but I couldn’t get comfortable. I recently contacted the company to return the mattress and am still waiting for refund/return approval.

Never got my Bed frame delivered / request for cancellation no refund

Your company has terrible customer service. I have been in contact with 3 different people regarding my bed frame not being delivered and have requested a cancellation and full refund. My bed frame was suppose to be delivered May 12. So far, no updates on my cancellation request. You promote restful sleep and quality sleep. I could not use my mattress because I did not have a bed frame. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund of the amount payed for the bed frame. Your items are over a thousand dollars and I was willing to invest in my sleep. I believe in good quality sleep. I really need a full refund as soon as possible. Regarding the mattress and the pillow that I ordered, there is nothing extraordinary about the pillow. The mattress seems to be a good quality but since I did not have a bed frame I just started using it. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I am still pending updates and refund and nothing has been done on your end.

Six weeks later and hours on hold I still have not received a replacement

I ordered a platform bed on April 11. Never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number- it arrived on the 21st. One of the rails was cut crooked and I couldn’t put the bed together. Waited for 5 HOURS on hold on chat because chat and email is the only way to get in touch with customer service, and it takes several days to get an email response if they respond at all. The associate said a replacement rail would be shipped. Great. TWENTY-SEVEN days later I still have not received the part. I emailed and the person did they were out of stock and he would see if a new one could be shipped. He never wrote back. After a week, I Waited on hold for chat support for another couple of hours. The guy I was emailing with went on vacation. They said a new bed would be shipped. That was on May 18th...twelve days later STILL have not heard anything. I understand that some things take a little longer during a pandemic but the lack of communication from level sleep has been inexcusable. I want the bed I paid for. Avoid unless you like fighting for your customer service support.

Disappointed

I ordered mattress and bases on May 1. I received the mattress but no bases. Despite repeated calls, chats and emails, I still do not have the bases and Level Sleep can give me no delivery date. It keeps sending me the same autocompleted emails that do not solve the problem. I am exceedingly disappointed with my order.
