Never got my Bed frame delivered / request for cancellation no refund
Your company has terrible customer service. I have been in contact with 3 different people regarding my bed frame not being delivered and have requested a cancellation and full refund. My bed frame was suppose to be delivered May 12. So far, no updates on my cancellation request. You promote restful sleep and quality sleep. I could not use my mattress because I did not have a bed frame. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund of the amount payed for the bed frame. Your items are over a thousand dollars and I was willing to invest in my sleep. I believe in good quality sleep. I really need a full refund as soon as possible. Regarding the mattress and the pillow that I ordered, there is nothing extraordinary about the pillow. The mattress seems to be a good quality but since I did not have a bed frame I just started using it. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I am still pending updates and refund and nothing has been done on your end.
