Level Sleep

I received the matress on my driveway within a reasonable amount of time; however, I have not received the frame (base) to put it together. I have reached out to Level Sleep via email, but have not heard back yet. FedEx does not have a tracking number. Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith, give a 5-star review at this time.

I have been unable to use my new mattress as I ordered an adjustable frame to go with it. I ordered in April and to this date i get the run around about when I am going to receive

This mattress isn't a good fit for my wife and I. I continue to have lower back pain. My wife wakes up in pain as well.

Hi. The Level Sleep mattress is not for us. It aggravated my wife’s bulging disc pain and caused her arms to fall asleep. We have notified your company by email and through your website form that we wish to return the mattress and have not heard back yet. Please contact me at dgaudieri@gmail.com to tell me how to do this. I am sorry it did not work out.

My mattress arrived two weeks ago and is still in the box because my adjustable bed frame never arrived. I cannot get a straight answer as to when it will be shipped. Waiting one more week until I send the mattress back and cancel the frame order.
