Terrible

Can’t communicate by phone .havent received email labels for a return of queen size frame and a king size mattress that was sent to me by your mistake. Waiting patiently for you people to take both these items out of my house.must say you have to be the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. This is my honest opinion and I hope you post it.

Can’t rate. No product

I ordered on around 5/20. Have gotten text from fed x saying product ready to ship but same status since around order date. Really hope I didn’t waste my money.

Unfinished Business - Covid Blamed

I don't normally write bad reviews. I understand Covid-19 happened. May 12th I placed an order for a level sleep mattress and adjustable frame. On May 13th I got a "Prepare for your order". On May 14th I got Items in your order are on the way. Level Sleep had printed a label for the Adjustable Frame. On May 14th the Mattress label was created and shipped.On May 21st I received my Mattress. I contacted chat support the other day (in June) and was told that due to Covid FedEx hadn't picked up my Adjustable Frame. So I am feeling rather lied to at this point. If they had said, your order slipped through the cracks, or we are way behind at that facility, or we are waiting on parts. I would not feel so bad. It happens, however, to blame Covid and FedEx for not picking it up after currently (27 days), frustrates me. It still has a status that it will update me when FedEx picks it up. So I have had a mattress for many weeks and no frame to put it on, so it is still in its box. Please fix this issue for me or at least give me a real answer as to why it hasn't shipped yet.

Worst customer service ever. I

Worst customer service ever. I have tried email, chat, and even tried the phone number before they stopped taking calls a couple of weeks ago, I ordered my bed on May 20, the mattress arrived on May 26, The platform be arrived on 6-1 but when I assembled it, found out that they did not ship enough slats with it. So, disassembled it, put my old bed back. I have no idea if I will like this product or not because I can't use it! and I can't even get a response from this company and I message every other day. Hideous!

Good mattress, absolutely terrible customer service

We bought a king size mattress and so far are happy with it but the customer service is abysmal. By mistake, we ordered a platform frame with the mattress. When it was delivered we recognized the error. The shipping box is unopened. We called customer support. They are not answering calls due to covid. We have now been emailing for about a month, usually taking them a week just to answer an email. First one asked to send pictures to show the damage. We emailed back and explained there was no damage, it is unopened and fine, we just needed to return it. Email back, "we're anxious to help you and send a return mailing label, just send us pictures of the unopened box." Send three pictures. No response to email. Sent them again. No response. Sent them a third time, still no response. To date, I still don't have any return instructions. If they tell you that if you don't like your mattress, they will be happy to have you return it. Good luck with that! Will never consider buying from them again.
