Nothing like what I was expecting

This mattress started sagging after just one month. It’s not firm at all where it needs to be, it dips at the hips, my back is killing me, and I have to sleep on the couch. I’m a small dude at 5’9” and 160lbs, this shouldn’t be happening. I’d like to kindly request a refund.

Never buy online mattresses

The box frame is cheaply made and makes a cracking sound just sitting on it even when my 32lb baby sits on it. The bed is not good for back or neck pain sufferers like it claims, my first night I was up from 12-7am at 2am on chat wondering how to return it. I never had any bed not even hotel beds as painful as this bed it even caused my neck pain so bad to cause a migraine. Told that I had to use it for thirty days before I can donate it and take pictures of the donation and get a donation receipt, mind you it’s COVID time and no donation will take it. And who’s to say I could donate it and send in the receipt and the return specialist don’t accept it as a legitimate donation oh and I’d have to find my own donation. All in all I waisted $1800 on a horrible bed, but I’m stuck with it and horrible sleep from here on out .

So uncomfortable!

Did not have a restful night’s sleep ever — back and hip pain increased so much over the first week that I gave up and am just waiting the required 30 days before returning it. Maybe it’s because I’m only 5’3” but the zones never hit me right. I tried sleeping the recommended way, then turned the mattress 180, then even tried sleeping at a 90 degree angle to the white zone so it wouldn’t kill my hips. Nothing worked for me, but YMMV. Would not recommend.

The Worst Purchase

I ordered a mattress and a adjustable bed frame on 5/17/2020, but I have not received the frame yet. I tried to cancel the frame but the lady that I talked on the chat told me that they can not cancel the order because the shipping label was already created. What I only can do is after receiving the frame I can return it. The shipping label was created the next day I ordered it. The company is doing this so customers can't cancel the orders. I'm planning on complaining to BBB.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I understand that we are in a pandemic however that is not an excuse to literally have no communication with the customer. It has taken a week for the first request of a status update after the order was placed a month prior. Then at three weeks later, I tried to cancel the order and was give. Conflicting information. I have called repeatedly at different times to no one answering the phone. Then I finally get someone on the phone that was extremely helpful and took the time to address my concerns and the same day, later, I got an email from a different person telling me something completely different. So no I’m not happy with the level of customer experience nor am I happy about the outcome at this point. I’ve paid for a bed, I don’t have and have no idea if or even when I will get it.
