POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I understand that we are in a pandemic however that is not an excuse to literally have no communication with the customer. It has taken a week for the first request of a status update after the order was placed a month prior. Then at three weeks later, I tried to cancel the order and was give. Conflicting information. I have called repeatedly at different times to no one answering the phone. Then I finally get someone on the phone that was extremely helpful and took the time to address my concerns and the same day, later, I got an email from a different person telling me something completely different. So no I’m not happy with the level of customer experience nor am I happy about the outcome at this point. I’ve paid for a bed, I don’t have and have no idea if or even when I will get it.
