Level Sleep

It is like laying on a log. The firm section of the mattress hurts your back and you cant get comfortable and you end up with horrible back pain the next day and sleepless nights. The customer service won't let you return the mattress for 30 days even though it has caused you pain and is setting in corner of the room becoming a fire hazard because I refuse to sleep on it another night! They will tell you your body needs to adjust to it..BS!!!! It is a TERRIBLE product and nobody should have to be in pain laying on a mattress. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and I am counting down the days until they come get this POS out of my house!

It took 4 Deliveries to get my order to me. I had to miss 4 days of work. One day merchandise was delivered to the wrong condo. Didn’t receive that shipment for yet another day. Because the shipments were so screwy I missed out on my window of opportunity to have my king bed taken away. Still not on my new Level Sleep so couldn’t review the product. Working on removal of my king. Next time shop where they have 1 delivery day and remove existing bed.

I thought We were getting a mattress with edge support it has no edge support and I can’t return it until 30 days is over very disappointing

I contacted four different representatives trying to return a pillow that did not work for me. I provided them with all the information they requested more than once and still have not succeeded. If I could give them zero stars I would. I do not recommend them , as they do not stand by their stated return policy.

I will not dispute the quality of the mattress. It's solid. The value of the claims made about the Level Sleep mattress are definitely something I'll dispute. First off, it's firm. It's -really- firm, like an 8-8.5/10. Second, the zones didn't even approach providing (for me, anyway) what the claims said they would. It's recommended that you rotate the mattress so the "medium" firm end is up if the original direction doesn't work for you. In neither position did it work for me. I woke up in pain the entire 90 days I slept on it. This was despite a supplemental 2" memory foam topper, later replaced with a much more expensive mattress topper. The real headache comes in trying to return the mattress. Level Sleep is actually not all that interested in your satisfaction. Initially, they'll offer you a laughable "discount" to try and get you to keep it. Ultimately, they're perfectly happy to leave dealing with the mattress in your lap. Refunding any money you've paid is then contingent upon how badly you want that money back and the ridiculous hoops you're willing to jump through to satisfy their "return" stipulations. I would -not- recommend purchasing a Level Sleep mattress solely on those grounds.
