Level Sleep

Not impressed with customer service. Didn't get any notification that my mattress had shipped or was delivered and they kept trying to sell me sheets instead of answering if regular ones would fit. First communication since delivery is this survey, about the site...odd they don't care about the product

It is a nightmare to get in contact with costumer service these days. This is something everyone should learn before buying...

We are not satisfied with this mattress. Way to hard

From my first night I have woken up with severe back ache's. I have turned the mattress end for end and the same result. I though this would be the mattress for me. I don't know what else to do. Any thoughts?

I don't really like to leave non positive reviews, and I've only been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks now, but I want to be honest about what I've experienced so far. First, it took a long time for the smell to dissipate. Each morning for an entire week, I had to take the sheets off, wash them, let the mattress air out all day and then put the sheets back on. I have severe sciatica so hoped this mattress would help - it hasn't, at all. It was very uncomfortable and I finally had to turn the mattress around. Turning it helped somewhat but I have yet to get a restful sleep. I actually wake up now with neck pain. Thought maybe it was the pillows so I bought new pillows. Hasn't helped. For the price, and how it's advertised for back pain, I had high hopes. I'm not quite ready to give up yet though. I hope, just in case, Level stands by their policy of being able to return the mattress.
