Level Sleep

This pillow worked for me for a month and then it seemed to stop helping as much and even causing neck stiffness after some time (I bought it to help with neck pain while getting to sleep and sleeping). I tried playing with the inserts and flipping it but that didn't seem to help. Customer service was good about helping me get a refund and I appreciate that but I'm still looking for the perfect pillow for myself.

I bought this due to chronic back pain. This mattress has not relief my back pain yet

This pricey pillow makes no sense. If you were to even try to put all your energy and focus to get your ears in the ear holes, you’re falling off the pillow bc on the outside far edge .. Does not make my neck feel good when I wake and frankly it’s stressful trying to position your head right on it. Save your money ...

Your mattress was billed as the number 1 mattress to help those with lower back issues in providing the best support. This was my reason for purchasing your mattress. This has not been the case for me personally. Have slept on our Level Sleep mattress for about two weeks now and the first night sleeping on it was the worse. I am now sleeping the entire night but still waking up with strong lower back ache and am no better than with our previous temper-pedic mattress of over 10 years. Going to give it two more weeks and if no better I am returning the mattress for a full refund. - W.G.

Didn't notice this being more comfortable than my typical pillows. I'll be returning this.
