Level Sleep

Very aggravating. 1st off when I Purchased this bed and adjustable base your advertisement stated it would ship in 2-3 days. Not true. Called the listed phone number over and over. Rings 1-2 times then gives 3-5 busy signals and hangs up. Went online and looked up corporate number. Got a girl in Asia or India who kept repeating it would ship on day 2-3. Could not get her to understand it was day 9 at that point. Your mattress advertisers that it has different zones of firmness but as far as I can tell it's the same firmness from top to bottom and left to right. At this point in time I have come to the conclusion that it is the most uncomfortable Firm foam mattress, Not even memory foam, I've ever slept on. The adjustable base Seems to work the way it's supposed to With the exception of the vibrating massage. The massage apparatus at the top of the bed Is quiet And as long as you are laying on the left side of the bed it does a fair job. If you are on the right side of the bed or the middle of the bed you hardly feel it. Now the massage apparatus at the bottom of the bed Is much harder to feel If it is even slightly raised. I found this is because the mattress is in the air and not on the frame touching. Also the one at the foot of the bed makes so much noise whether it is on low speed or high speed that you cannot go to sleep. This is IF the bed Is flat or raised. I included a video so you could listen yourself. The top one on 2 occasions refused to turn on again after a timed usage ran out. It is as if it had to cool down before it could be used again. I so far am not impressed or even slightly pleased with my $2000.00 purchase or your customer service. Would greatly appreciate a call. You have my phone number.

We purchased this mattress and bed because it received high ratings for people with Parkinson’s Disease. The mattress is great! The bed frame was not. It was shipped without the legs. It took two weeks to receive the replacement legs. When they finally arrived they did not fit properly. One got stripped and the other 5 did not screw in properly. Customer service agreed to ship us a new bed frame. In the meantime my elderly mother with a walker and Parkinson’s is struggling to get in and out of this very low bed.

Im still not sure yet if this will improve, but Ive had lower back pain every morning since getting this bed. My hope is that it will stop as my body acclimates to the bed. If it doesnt improve, I will be returning it. If it improves, I will keep the bed, and increase my review. I will give it probably another month.

Too be fair, I've had back trouble for 30+ years and arthritis now in multiple joints so there is probably not a mattress out there to cure my symptoms. I do feel better than 3 other mattresses I've tried recently. However, I still feel that the mattress is too firm. I had to put my go-to mattress topper on the bed. I put a 3 inch talalay soft topper on and the mattress is pretty close to perfect. The mattress has the 3 zones for leveling but the softness of talalay. I probably only need 2 inch topper to be perfect but talalay is not cheap and I already owned it but 2 inches would not be too thick and I would get the benefits of the 3 zones better.

This mattress is hard to get use to. It seem very hard. I may want to return it
