Finally able to move to my new house and assemble the adjustable bed frame. Putting it together was relatively easy, but connecting the wires to the correct connections was not. The booklet that came with the frame was not clear, the photos were terrible, and nothing was labeled. It took several attempts to get it connected correctly. Other bed frame brands color code the wire and connections, or label each, making it easy for anyone to properly make the connections. Other brands have videos online that show how to assemble their bed frame. FEDEX delivered a wet, beat up box. Consider a different carrier.

Disappointed I bought this pillow based on the feedback, but I'm disappointed because it's too light and moves around a lot while sleeping. The pill movement made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable.

The firm portion of the mattress is so firm it is uncomfortable.

I had to call customer service many times because they sent the wrong parts the first time. It all started when I place my order and some how the adjustable bed frame parts were sent to another state and when it arrived the rivets some rivets were missing. Took more than 2 weeks for me to be able to put my bed together.
