I still am having back problems... letting the mattress "settle in" for 30-60 days to see if improves..hopeful it will

For the team: I had the first phone call agent hang up on me. When I called the toll free number because the remote was not pairing upon the frame's assembling, that agent said he could not help and that I'd need to call the 'factory floor'. I had one resident agent state that I would not be able to return the Cool Tech sheet set, "because they aren't warrantied". So, there are so problems with support. Then with the product: I was sent a topper which was to be the solution for most people who dealt with the issue of the mattress being too hot to sleep. I question that the topper sent was truly a gel foam construction, it was light weight and when pressed between index finger and thumb, it compressed to nil. That topper even read half a degree warmer than the mattress alone. The Cool Tech sheet set: I'd bought them because the Level Sleep mattress purchased was of a size that no bedding was on hand and that a cool surface or pillow are always a plus when sleeping. Well, the sheets did not change the temperature of the mattress, the are discribed as oh-so-soft (which is not a defined word) but they are NOT soft, and they're supposed to be moisture wicking-that is highly questionable. Also, the Cool Tech sheet set had issues: the fitted sheet was smaller/shorter than the purchase supplied fitted sheet. So much so, that it seems to be at the point of tearing when trying to install onto the last corner of the bed. The pillow case is not for the supplied pillow, it is for a king sized pillow. Then the pillow, it is encased in a sewed on protector. You can see voids or burn marks in it. I was made a suggestion for another Resident family mattress that may be a better fit for my hot condition with the Level Sleep, a Nectar Premier. A whole paragraph of its 'super' description...I replied with the actual testing done by SleepFoundation.org. The temperature control rating for both the Level Sleep and the Nectar Premier are 3 out of 5 stars. So, there'd be no improvement. I was hesitate about my purchase of the Level Sleep package because some of the "reviews" on their site were definitely doctored, just because people who don't have stock in the company would not state what was documented. Yet, the price, life time warranty, and trial period were enough to ease my purchase. Now, I am waiting for Resident's answer about the frame's return/exchange/refund and for their answer on the Cool Tech sheet set return/refund. The frame decision for return was sent this evening and the Cool Tech sheet set's return/refund was questioned a week ago and told "no", which is contrary to their policy. I have sent a review and a few emails asking for their assistance on the Cool Tech sheet set and have not been contacted. I hope that isn't the case with the frame too, since the mattress is being picked up on Thursday the Nineteenth.

Jury is still out…

I’m hoping my body just needs time to adjust to the new bed, but i am waking up with a sore back every morning…I was really hoping that this bed would be the one, but if I continue to experience issues, I will be sending it back.
