Nice mattress, but poor communication
1). Delivered wrong mattress- queen instead of king. Agreement with agent was that if redelivery could not occur before 3/18, that delivery would not occur until after 3/24. Instead it arrived 3/22 when we weren’t home, and were out of town. Given first delivery occurred 3/12, the king should have been rushed delivered.
2) mattress and frame arrived at different dates. Making three different shipments 1) queen mattress 2) frame 3) king
3). Never received follow-up call for pickup of queen mattress. Instead I had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes while this was done. Why did I need to be on hold and initiate this process? It’s nice that you allowed for pickup after I received correct sized mattress, but having to wait for 30 minutes was another example of my time not mattering to your company
The mattress sleeps well and is nice. I just wish my time had been more valued.
