Level Sleep

This mattress is only a slight improvement over my previous one. It is cooler. I have used the mattress in both orientations and still find myself waking after three hours with shoulders sore. I then turn over and make the other shoulder sore. I was expecting more from this mattress. I am still debating whether to return it.

Little too firm

I ordered a $1100 bed from Level Sleep and my credit card Statement contained a charge from Resident with no further identifying information which made me feel it was a fraudulent charge. The credit card company then cancelled my card. this could have been avoided if Level Sleep was more transparent with the way their charge posts to our credit card statements. Lots of unnecessary aggravation. The bed was great but dealing with the company….not so good.

It has is good feature but did not helped with snoring.

Sleeping better on the Level Sleep mattress as opposed to my two year old Puffy mattress(the original) I was using. Will continue to allow more time for evaluation. In my case, the mattress does not give me that "WOW" factor, but due to my age and some physical issues, I don't know if there is a mattress out there that would provide that sort of experience for me. Not feasible to try every mattress on the market to find that "perfect" one. Every manufacturer claims they have the "best" mattress, but searching and trying to evaluate the vast array of mattresses out there is a daunting task.
