Level Sleep

I tried the pillow for 2 months and it was a great pillow but did not work for my neck issues. My head and neck just did not feel at ease. I tried all the pads in and out and just didn't work for me. But I could see how it could work for others, and surprisingly I did really love the ear holes!

This mattress was firmer than I was anticipating. The zone that was near the top was very uncomfortable. I needed to turn the mattress 180 degrees after the first night. After I turned the mattress I was still not satisfied with the lack of give. I contacted someone at the company and I was told that I would need to keep the mattress for a full 30 days until I could make a return. I was also told that as a fix in the mean time they would send me a mattress topper after the 2 week period to help. I am concerned that if the topper gives some relief then it would be considered fixed and I don't think that is a permanent solution since toppers compress over time. I would expect you to honor you guarantee and let me at least make an upgrade to something that has a more substantial comfort layer made into the mattress.

Our mattress is fantastic. Beware of possible bait and switch on pricing. One discount was advertised and rejected then after purchase a better discount was offered but not honored because I placed the order. BE CAREFUL

The mattress is very firm. I would say a 7-8.., now for a man who is heavier it will be slightly less. It’s very supportive for your spine, but bc of my height 5’-4” I have to slide down 6-10” at night so my hips are below the spine section.. it does not have any sort of pillow top... be aware.
