when it arrived it was in such a small box I was sure I'd ordered the wrong size, but once the seal was broken, it just blossomed. I've had a really bad shoulder for a long time which I put down to age and sport injuries. After one month my sore shoulder is gone,..... I put this down to my Leesa mattress. Service was great, bed arrived on time and every night going to bed is a joy... the two dogs and my cat don't think its bad either!!!

Love my new mattress. So very comfy. Can't fault customer service too. Olya was great , answering lots of questions I had. Can't fault product or customer service. THANKYOU.

Bought the Leesa mattress to replace a 10year old Hypnia one. Very pleased with it. It arrived promptly and living on my own I was able to get it up stairs and unpack it fairly easily. It was very comfortable from the first night, I particularly like the bounce that it has. My old mattress didn't have that. It is cooler too and I'm sleeping much better.

I received my mattress about 2 weeks after I ordered it. I chose leeza after reading reviews one of which said it was like sleeping on a cloud. This was indeed the case : it was very soft mattress. Sadly this caused me backache which got worse as the nights wore on. Suspected as much as soon as I tried it so kept my old mattress. Had to swap them back and returned the mattress after about a week. Took a wee while to get it collected but this was partially due to me missing the call. The mattress was donated to the British Heart Foundation and they gave me a docket which I sent to leeza and they refunded me that very same day. I've seen some other mattresses being sold as refurbished on discount sites do think leeza has to be commended for donating to British Heart Foundation. The mattress wasn't for me but my dealings with this company were very straightforward so would recommend them on their customer service.

We were unsure and bemused by so much choice when it comes to buying Matresses but we read reviews and plumped for a leesa, the deciding factor was for us probably the ethical stance the company has of donating to homeless charities- that really appealed to us. But this has been matched by a high quality service and product so we are very happy and will be keeping our lovely new mattress.
