Brilliant mattress and customer support!
I've ordered the Leesa mattress after spending quite some time reviewing lots of mattresses included mattresses from their direct competitors but also a variety of other mattresses.
The mattress arrived in time, but unfortunately a mix-up happened at the factory which meant I got the wrong size delivered. I was really annoyed at first, but then I emailed customer services and they have been absolutely brilliant! I got a reply straight away from Kerstin who organised the correct mattress to be delivered to me in no time. Thank you very much to Kerstin who has been efficient, helpful, professional, friendly, and polite and has organised a new delivery and the pick-up of the wrong mattress very efficiently.
Leesa have donated the wrong mattress to a local charity.
Mistakes can happen at any level it just depends on how they are dealt with – and the support I have received was brilliant.
I’ve now been testing my mattress for about two months and so far I am very happy with it. It is very well made and looks good. The smell at the beginning wasn't too bad and gone within two days. You don’t really sink in which means it is easy to move around without feeling the movement of a partner. It is very supportive -I am amazed how supportive it is!- and it is very comfortable. So far it seem like the mattress is very breathable and it doesn’t get hot. The only improvement that should be made is to add handles to the mattress as it is difficult to manoeuvre.
All of this is very subjective which is why the 100 days free trial comes in very handy.
I am just hoping for some more hot weather soon to see a bit more how it performs during a hot night but I doubt very much that I will be returning this mattress.
