Amazing class on knife skills.

Got it as a housewarming gift for a friend who was looking for it. You have to relearn a bit how to cut with the knife differently (compared to the rocking motion you're prob used to). But it slices easily through something firm like sweet potato. The care sheet does warn you to only chop it with things you can bite with your teeth (ie. veggies, fruit. NO hard things like bone. And that you need to clean it asap after cutting through acidic things like lemon/lime). Shipping was easy, fairly quick and all fees included!
