The shipping was fast, it came within 4 days. I have boughten other knifes from knifewear from the store and the staff is helpful and friendly. They also offered me a free sharping on my kitchen knife.

Overly aggressive chopping caused my carbon steel Nakiri knife to chip and after an email discussion it was deemed fixable. I mailed it in, they fixed it,and then they promptly mailed it back and it looked like nothing had ever happened. Sharp as hell and actually a more comfortable to use with it being half a cm shorter. Thanks Knifewear.
