The cabinets are really lovely, well made, but not completely what I ordered. Granted, I did approve the final design, but not knowing all the spec numbers and what they represent, I counted on my designer to apply what I had asked for. She didn't. I'm really unhappy with two of the cabinets. I asked for all drawers below the counter, and did not get them. One was an old-fashioned cabinet with nothing moveable, which they did replace, but she replaced it with a cupboard, not a drawer. And I thought we had done so well in our communication, I thought we were good. So my advice is: yes, use this company, but check all the spec numbers to be sure they're exactly what you want.

Would like an update on when my cabinets will arrive.

I was pleased with Shelly’s creativity trying to give us what we were looking for using all the tools available. But, it took a very long time to get correct sample and then put it all together and get it ordered. A long lead time should not have surprised me but it did. Really hopeful it will come togrther as we hope.

My contractor is currently installing the cabinets. So far, several misfits have been revealed. 1. Unfortunately the upper cabinet above the refrigerator sent was not 30" deep, it was only 24". Due to contractor scheduling we cannot wait weeks for you to send the replacement cabinet. To adjust for the wrong cabinet, the contractor is building in wall blocks so the cabinet will fit to the front of the refrigerator. 2. The crown molding AND the extra baseboard sent to increase the moulding trim above the 36" upper cabinets was overkill. Not sure how the designer thought I would need both the baseboard AND the crown above the upper cabinets to reach the ceiling. That extra material is totally unnecessary. I am happy with the product, however I was missing a cabinet and was not informed that it was out of stock. It wasn't until I called to say that I did not receive it that I was informed that it was on back order.
