I have tried to contact you since my last delivery and have had no response whatsoever! Ridiculous, I have been very frustrated with this experience. Someone should at the very least respond!!!

I schedule an appointment and logged into the meeting and waited 30 mins. I emailed the rep 3 times saying I am in the meeting. Never got a response or anyone to join the meeting

Initial order was great with confusion about the delivery process. Replacement pieces are extremely difficult to get and communication is poor. I am still waiting fir a shipping tracking number 10 days after ordering replacement pieces.

The products took too long to deliver. 50 days. When they arrived they were damaged. It took another 30 days to get replacements. The glass inserts never arrived and turns out are not coming. I paid for them and now have to re-buy them somewhere else because they are no longer part of what I purchased.
