Ordering from the website was easy and shipping was fast. Our installer did a meticulous job as always. The water tastes delicious and feels so soft. We are so pleased to have a whole house water system.

The process was simple and the sales people were knowledgeable. I did have a problem with an o-ring. Service sent a new one with another spare right away.
