Loving it! Received the system within a week and it was very well packaged. Had my plumber install just to make sure it was done to code. Had my salt water softener removed at the same time. Noticed a difference in water softness right away. There’s also no more hard water deposits on sinks and showers. Highly recommend.

The company was so easy to work with. Filters set up to auto ship when needed. We self installed and had no issues. But when I ordered they did tell us to call if we had questions or needed help. But if you’re handy it’s pretty easy. The system shipped and arrived in 24hrs. Very impressive considering it was right at Christmas. We have multiple properties so we ordered 3 systems. Would highly recommend this company and system The water tastes great, we can drink from our tap for the first time in 10years. There’s no smell anymore, ice cubes are crystal clear. And you can feel the difference on your skin in the shower instantly I can’t say enough about this system except I wish I had gotten it sooner

The product came in fast, the plumber , had it installed and a few hours or less after picking up parts to install. I like that it was mounted on the wall, saving space . the canisters should be easy enough to replace when needed

Had an issue with a broken UV light and the response was quick and efficient. Thank you
