Kind Water

My replacement filers went bad in 3 months. Seems like the quality of the filters went down… did you get a new supplier??We taste chlorine and see sediment in our water. No Rep has helped me . . they said it may be from over use. But I didn’t do anything different. I did a Chlorine test and confirmed it was in water Very upset. My family needs new filters . I shouldn’t have to wait for July to get them.

System clogs frequently filters don’t last lens tube for my light gets constantly dirty and doesn’t come clean. That means it’s not doing it job
