Kind Water

I purchased the 3000UV salt free softener and my shower heads started clogging up. Never had the issue until I installed. A year later I purchase a salt softener to install after my 3000UV and my shower heads were clear in less than a month. Could have save thousands of dollars and just go with a salt system. Was mislead by sales person. Next purchase is a reverse osmosis system for my drinking water to remove salt due to my health concerns.

Leaves stains on tiles

Shop another water filtration company. When I bought the system I was told that it protected my home from well over 50 harmful chemicals. Months later that page FULL of harmful chemicals was removed from their website and their sales tactics changed to "carbon filtration" is know to protect from some. I feel I was mislead and lied to about the water protection Kind provided. I would not buy Kind again. Now since its installation I am stuck.

I do not like cleaning calcium from toilets and scrubbing rust deposits where water has been.

the reverse osmosis tank, which never worked. The softener spit beads all throughout plumbing lines, and had to be massively overhauled. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response to kind Water.
