Very pleased with the quick delivery of our new whole house system. After installing our E-1000 system, my wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the water quality coming from our taps now.

The staff who answered my questions - from the inquiry stage through the actual purchase - were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the E1000UV to mitigate the unpleasant taste and odor in our the municipal water, as well as to free my household of the concern of frequent boil water advisories that our subdivision keeps undergoing due to a lot of new construction going in. I’m happy with my choice. My water and ice taste good, and the UV filter gives me peace of mind.

We ordered the annual filter and UV replacement kit, and unfortunately the first kit arrived with a defective UV lamp. After reaching out to Kind Water and providing the details and photos, their customer service team responded quickly and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement lamp arrived shattered during shipping. We contacted them again, provided photos, and once again the Kind Water team was quick to respond and send a second replacement without any hassle. The second replacement arrived in perfect condition and was installed successfully. While there were a couple of unexpected issues along the way, the customer service throughout the entire process was excellent. The team was responsive, helpful, and committed to making things right. We really appreciated how quickly they addressed each issue and stood behind their product.
