The customer service rep was a big help and answered all my questions timely.

I decided to wait before sending a review of Kind whole house water filtration and softener combo. Tried the water after installation for a few weeks and Yes, we Love it! There is definitely a good change in the water taste, no more replacing the fridge/freezer filter. I can wash food and cook knowing it’s clean water. Our hair and skin texture has improved, not overnight but it has. No more spotty films on drinking glasses when using the dishwasher. Doing laundry also has improved. So Happy I chose Kind when I decided to do an upgrade, not cheap since I also used a professional plumber for install.

Very happy with the Kind saltless water system after one year. Just clean water without the soapy feeling water experienced with my prior salt systems. Easy to maintain as I just replaced the filters after a year, which took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

We retired to the southwest US and our townhouse needed a water system. We researched a lot and got multiple quotes. We chose this salt-less system to avoid the ongoing purchase of salt, and to avoid having to drill through the garage wall and underground. Further, this system cost us one-fourth of what the other systems were quoted as. We had a plumber do the installation. The system works great for us, although it’s a little less effective than a salt-based system, which we previously owned. No maintenance except for 2 reasonably priced filters once per year.
