M2 - KIckass Grills

Still haven’t got the covers. Somehow got addressed wrong online. Call to see if the could get fex ex to send to correct address, they said that they couldn’t do that. Don’t have others in stock to buy and reship. Not really sure where this went wrong?

Issue with pizza oven no response at the 7 day/3 email sent.

The wrong part was ordered but cannot get a hold of anyone by email or phone to rectify. Left many emails and several calls.

The order took a month longer than what was predicted when I thought this. Kickass grills was just reselling through another distributor and did not actual have my item in stock.

Poor quality stainless. Last door lasted 20 years
