M2 - KIckass Grills

I ordered over $700 of items and still waiting 7 weeks later. I call weekly and they say they will ship them and never do. they took my money 7 weeks ago. It that even legal? Very bad company stay away they take your cash and never ship anything and lie every week to customers. Bad news company. Not sure how to get my money back.
