I was pleasantly surprised on how fast my new grill was shipped !

We love our Texan grill and induction cooktop. What we didn't love was the fact that the griddle and grill grate seemed to lose its non-stick coating fairly quickly, despite careful gentle cleaning and maintenance. In researching the issue, we discovered that we could request a replacement grill and griddle at no cost from Kenyan with proof of purchase within 3 years. OMG!!! What wonderful service we received from Kyra in Customer Service! She was helpful and fully explained the process in order for me to submit our proof of purchase and, as promised, the new grill and griddle grates were received in less than 14 days from my inquiry. Now, THAT'S service, in my opinion. Not all purchases are perfect, what matters is how the imperfect is resolved, and Kenyon and Kyra addressed my concerns to my total satisfaction.

Ordering was easy, shipping occurred on the date promised. Service has been beyond phenomenal. Every question or concern was addressed with courtesy and expertise. Cart assembly was straight-forward with a minimum of tools. The grill itself is way beyond the quality and performance of any grill I've owned before. Kenyon is the real deal.
