i have used this grill one time since i just received it at my door step. set-up couldn't be easier (there is none!). i ran the grill tray through the dishwasher prior to using but could have just as easily washed in the sink. i added the prerequisite water to the drip pan and proceeded to make the tenderest juicy bone-in pork chop best of all i can easily cook for my self but when my daughters come home from college i can just as easily make larger amounts & portions. the water pan ensures that meats remain tender & juicy. i am so happy i bought this grill!

Love the grill! Easy to use and so easy to keep clean. Tricky to put the stand together, directions would have been nice.
