Order said it would take one month, it took more than two. Didn't like how my credit card was charged before goods were shipped. No updates (except or when it finally shipped) and when I inquired I only got a generic email that said my order was confirmed. I know these are challenging times, but some transparency would have been nice.

Customer service needs improvement. I inadvertently ordered 2 sets of the Douala Wall Art. I returned one set, but have not received any notification about a refund. I want to support your business, but this is unacceptable.

The product was not as pictured and the service was bad.

My delivery got left in the common area of my building and someone took it. No one from the delivery company or karen jai will return my emails or calls.

Won’t be coming back due to lack of communication and never receiving item
