Horrific. I placed an order in November 2021 for a Christmas gift. They did not respond to any of my multiple inquiries and only shipped after receiving a complaint from my credit card company in February 2022. The products are terrible quality. The customer service is non-existent

Delivery came late. Cushions were more like baskets than cushions. I would like a return.
