Your ordering system lacks clarity. The adds do not clearly direct a buyer to your American vs Canadian order systems. The problem I think is that American TV stations are received across borders so you need to be clear on how to order from each of the countries. We initially tried to order from the TV adverts phone number using a Kaloric phone rep..he could not process the order?? We then used the automated (AI?) method and everything seemed to process ok. Next day found out our order did not get processed. We eventually ordered thru Kaloric.ca. Most clients would have given up!!!
