You don’t provide follow up service

Purchased a toaster and was not satisfied with it. Followed the procedure outlined on their website to return it but after 5 attempts to call their customer service, and 5 unreturned emails to their customer service, i have yet to hear anything from them. I would discourage anyone from buying their products because if there is an issue with it you will receive zero support.
