Our package was left sitting in the Fedex depot for a week. We finally phoned to find out what the problem was and was told that they didn’t have our apartment number!

Experience was just ok. I received a text saying I'd unlocked a 10% discount that I could use for any merchandise on their website. the 10% wasn't applied and they told me this was because the appliance was on sale. There was no mention of that in the offer. After several emails back and forth, they did give me the 10 % discount.

When I ordered it on the phone; there was a promotion on savings of $50 .00 and I waited several weeks for it to arrive only to find out afterwards that it wasn’t even approved; I was Not notified of this; until I called to see what happened to my order. I reordered it for the 2 nd time to be disappointed that once again my order didn’t go through ( no response from the company that it wasn’t approved again! ) Apparently the address was different than the address on my visa but I wasn’t aware of that until I checked the order again from customer service ( which weren’t very helpful at all) So then I had to order it again online for the 3 rd time!!!! I called customer service to ask if I could get it for the same price as I had ordered it previously when it was on sale and he told me that I would have to call back when I received my order; to which I did and still haven’t received my refund! I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter for me please!
