Nice quality but on the thinner side, it definitely needs an under-rug cushion. It also arrived with a whole bundle of loose threads and some mysterious fluffs on it that makes me feel like it was stored in a dirty place.

Nowhere on order does it explain the return policy

The lamp is actually pretty nice but the customer service is awful. I placed my order then literally 5 minutes later noticed the same item sold on amazon from the Jonathan Y official store way cheaper. I immediately attempted to cancel my order or ask for a partial refund but they refused and made me wait for it to be delivered and returned losing $10 for each item I purchased. Plus if you order from amazon you get to deal with their much more consumer friendly service than Jonathan Y

I received delivery of this rug two days ago and it is already showing signs of heavy use. I’m using this under my dining room table and every time we move a chair across the rug, fibers get pulled and it looks like I’ve had this rug for 10+ years. In addition, the dye is uneven, even for a natural fiber. As much as I would like to return it, I’m having people come over for Thanksgiving and already threw the old rug out. I’m not sure that I will purchase from this company again.
