Shipped in a timely manner. Just didn’t like my purchase

Nice quality but on the thinner side, it definitely needs an under-rug cushion. It also arrived with a whole bundle of loose threads and some mysterious fluffs on it that makes me feel like it was stored in a dirty place.

Nowhere on order does it explain the return policy

no free market research off me; pay me!

Do not buy directly from this store, the same exact products are available from other sites like Home Depot for much cheaper ($130 cheaper). They will not price match and you have to pay to return.
