Horrible customer service they ignore you!

Customer service is horrible! I emailed and used the text option multiple times with zero response. There is no phone number to call and actually speak to anyone. Will never order again due to this horrible experience.

I have been waiting gor someone to reach out and provide the return label on my purchase. i received an email stating they will get back to me and that was almost 2.5 weeks ago. There is no number to call.

Poor quality and terrible customer service

The Cape Cod Tall Cabinet with Glass Doors, item JX66-WHITE, looked great in the online photo; however it was by far the worst online furniture purchase I have ever made. All of the pieces were made of particle board so when it came to screwing the hinges onto the doors and onto the cabinet, the hinges did not hold tight resulting in the doors not closing properly and hanging loose from the hinges. A packet of parts was also missing from the shipment. When I contacted customer service about the missing parts, my email was “looped” to their warehouse; then when the warehouse finally responded I was told they were out of the missing parts and suggested that I accept a 10% refund and purchase the parts myself at a hardware store. Because of the loose doors that solution was not acceptable to me and I responded that I would like to return the entire cabinet in the original packaging for a full refund. I was then told to contact Jill Zarin customer service. I have called different numbers and sent emails to different addresses, but to date no one has responded. In desperation, I have resorted to disputing the purchase with my credit card company. This process has gone on for two weeks. I hope someone at Jill Zarin reads this. I am totally frustrated with this company, dissatisfied with their product and disgusted with their so-called “customer service.”
