I have repeatedly tried to contact you about my missing rug. I have proof from fed ex it was never delivered and I’ve already paid for it. I’ve contacted customer service with no answers. Order number 6247. Your company is acting like you are not honest.

Rug never arrived . Tracking number was wrong. No email response for requests for support

I am still waiting and you can only make contact by email.i've been waiting over a month and everyone is looking in to it. I also pd 98 dollars to have it delivered to Hawaii. Just want my rug that I paid over 300 dollars for. I hope they can solve so I can change my review

I never received a response to my inquiry on being shipped the wrong rug even though I tried multiple contact methods. I do not intend to use your site again or recommend to others.
