Terrible Customer Service
I had to make a return. First of all, it's very difficult to even make a return. You have to email customer service and request a return label. It took me 2 weeks of emailing and then finally complaining before I was sent the return address label. I sent my return back immediately and I'm still waiting for my refund, a week later. I tried emailing to check the status and there was no response. It's sad that there isn't just a phone number that I could call to ask a person. The only way to communicate is via email and the response time is so slow. Not interested in doing business with Jill Zarin again, because if I have an issue, it will not get resolved.
