The rug is stretched out on one side and does not lay flat. Customer service is non responsive.

Candle came damaged and melted. Contacted customer support five different times, it’s been three weeks and still havent heard back from anyone

They don’t have customer service. I reached out several times to customer service about price matching as well as receiving a defective rug (fibers not woven in one area, see pic). No response at all. Order from another website. The prices for these exact rugs are cheaper and will respond to customers.
